The Turbine Tanker Esso Chile, with the call sign HOYB, was constructed in 1957 at the Cantieri Riuniti dell'Adriatico in Monfalcone. (yard no. 1822). Deadweight tonnage was 21,710. Originally built for Esso Panama Transport, this vessel was decommissioned and scrapped in 1981 in Kaohsiung.
